before you fill out this application. All applications must be received
by May 15, preferably by
e-mail. There is no entry fee. You will be notified shortly after
if your project is accepted into Water Marks/Outside.
The number of projects accepted are limited, so please e-mail back
the application as soon as possible. Artists
are now being encouraged to submit their installation proposals
for the July/August event which will begin on July 19, a week before

Although there will be a manager at every site, it is the artists
responsibility to be on site for installing his/her work and removing
it at the close of the symposium. If the artist cannot be there,
it is their responsibility to have an agent there to represent them
and to assist during the installation and removal of their work.
LandEscapes is not liable for any damages or losses
that may occur to any project in the installation, de-installation
process, or the duration of the symposium. A waiver will be sent
out with each acceptance notification which must be signed and returned
at the designated location of each entry.
All individuals as well as groups (children and adults) are encouraged
to apply, and an art background is not required to enter this competition.

before the installation date. The materials used must meet the standards
and restrictions outlined in the website manual. The information
